Plot[edit]

The plot section reads like the back of a DVD. Could use a rewrite. 69.141.231.111 (talk) 07:22, 8 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Not an encyclopedia article[edit]

This reads more like an original critical piece on the film, with a few fig-leaf citations to make it look like it isn't original research or unsupported opinion. There's also a long paragraph about how Jewish the movie is, when the main point of the film, as I saw it, was the awfulness of most males towards most females, that is, the specific ethnic background is used to highlight more universal themes. I would say this needs a complete re-write to bring it into better alignment with Wikipedia standards. And what's with the bizarre reference in the opening paragraph to the kind of chemical processing which was used on the film? Is there really a genre of comedies that is based on the DeLuxe colour process? I somehow doubt it. I would remove the reference except that I can't see any "Edit" button for the intro on any Wiki article. Theonemacduff (talk) 22:52, 10 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

New information about film in following article: [1] I encourage folks to update information about ownership and rights, or do some additional research based on this. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.12.29.10 (talk) 18:13, 7 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
