Discuss before sweeping changes[edit]

Request to all editors to discuss changes here if you plan to make a big changes. Noticed that on 4th Aug 2018, huge changes have been made and some formatting itself is not looking right. I am going to undo these and manually add some of the changes which look relevant. If anyone has any suggestion, please discuss here first. Thanks for your cooperation.
