The Overview says: The Lymond Chronicles tells the story of descendants of Nicholas in the following century and includes allusions to events in the Lymond Chronicles. I am sure one of the Lymond Chronicles should be replaced with Niccólo, though I am not sure which. In the chronology of the storyline, it would make sense that the Lymond refer to Niccólo, though I don't have any references for that handy, nor do I remember any offhand. Given that Niccólo was written after Lymond, specific events of the story (rather than pure historical events) would be hard to 'refer to' unless Dunnett planned Niccólo while writing Lymond?

Cleaned up the timing relations between the two series to clarify writing order versus chron order and events in LC foreshadowed in HoN. --Ekatya04 19:36, 25 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Re: TheFarix's edit to the article page of 15 July 2007, the links to the two family tree pages really do need spoiler warnings, because opening either link and looking at the information shown on those pages immediately gives away major plot points (that are not disclosed in the books until the very end). Not fun for a reader who hasn't finished the entire series yet, but the links are great/useful for readers who have read all of it. -- 75.20.205.99 (talk) 06:38, 3 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
