Image of Mayor Bloomberg speaking at the 2006 Awards Ceremony[edit]

A user named Chowbok has decided that this image needs to be deleted. In their fairly stern warning, he/she uses some very impressive phrases like "replaceable fair use" and links to a confusing description about what this supposedly means on their user page. I'm not quite sure I understand it. Sorry, I'm not a heavy user of Wikipedia, so don't know all the lingo.

I do however, have full rights to use this image for any purpose I see fit -- including uploading it to Wikipedia to illustrate The Hundred Year Association of New York's 2006 Public Service and Scholarship Award Ceremony. I am the Executive Director of the Association and this image was taken by Amiaga Photography, which was contracted by us for this purpose.

There was some confusion on my part when I uploaded the image and I may have chosen an incorrect classification from the dozens of options in the drop-down menu. My apologies. If I knew how to fix this, I would. Hopefully, someone in this wonderful community can help me select the correct one.

Thank you in advance.
