Clean up[edit]

I think that the material that survives sufficient editing to meet Wikipedia standards will be more suitable for addition to Indonesian Chinese than as a stand-alone article, especially given the title. The history part of this article would be a great addition to the Indonesian Chinese article, and is more appropriate.
