Name change and Chinese citizenship[edit]

It's ages since I've seen tis film and I haven't seen the start, but I know she becomes a Chinese citizen and changes her name to jenai. This needs to be in this article. Katana Geldar 22:47, 19 May 2008 (UTC)

How historically accuracy is the film?[edit]

I have noticed that there is no definate statement on whether the film is accurate the film is, it says a bit about the real person and that gives me an idea but I am not 100% sure if it is accurate. 86.179.14.253 (talk) 17:34, 28 March 2010 (UTC)Phthinosuchusisanancestor[reply]

Someone had added a line or two about historical (in)accuracy by the time I came along. I added some additional data on items that had been changed, with refs. I wanted to add something about this to the lede, but couldn't decide what to write without overstating it. What I've read of Aylward's reactions suggest she was incensed by how many liberties the filmmakers took... Lawikitejana (talk) 02:32, 28 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Rank of Lin Nan[edit]

Within the article, the character "Lin Nan" is called "Colonel" four times and "Captain" once. But the corresponding IMDb article has "Captain" in the cast list and both titles in the plot summaries. I think the article should be edited to use one title throughout, but which is correct? PerlMonk Athanasius (talk) 03:39, 23 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The name of the Inn[edit]

I believe the name of the Inn comes from Matthew 5:3-10, instead of the eight virtues… Heloiseeee (talk) 04:35, 14 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
