Spelling and Grammar[edit]

Oh my god, this page is horrible. Spelling errors are everywhere. I'm coming back here and wiki-fying it. My god...the wall of text really needs pictures...--Smashbrosboy (talk) 02:30, 26 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Voice Acting[edit]

I thought it was a pretty good game. Gary Oldman still did a great job at being ignitus, but they need to stop switching around with sparx's voice actor. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.101.166.77 (talk) 13:52, 5 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Though it probably isn't an acceptable source, the issue of Sparx's voice actor changing is actually the first thing Sparx says after Spyro asks if he is okay. Pulled the exact quote from Game Script at GameFAQs.

Sparx: "Hey, Spyro, man, you're alive!" Spyro: "Sparx! It's good to see you too! You okay?" Sparx: "Huh, you know, little stiff, voice keeps changing, but I'm good."

I'm assuming the knew that it was becoming a common problem in the trilogy and decided to at least acknowledge it was happening. I honestly think that the entire cast did an excellent job, though I think Billy West portrayed Sparx the most accurately. Cynder's also had a different VA in every game. I personally think Christina Ricci fits the role best, but she's also my favourite actress among the three, so I guess I'm biased.--Dakmordian (talk) 07:38, 23 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Ignitus' Sacrifice[edit]

Apparently, there has been a few users who claim Ignitus didn't die in the game, when he obviously did in the Dawn of the Dragon game when he attempted to cross the Belt of Fire. We even saw his spirit at the end of the game. What those users are putting in the article about Ignitus having survived is false, because the Chronicler was the one who brought Ignitus' spirit back as he was chosen to be the next Chronicler. -- Aura24 (talk) 18:40, 24 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

spyro and cynder[edit]

Did spyro and cynder really die at the end of dawn of the dragon? Well, nobody can be positive because there was never a page written in the book about spyro. But ignitus' spirit told spyro that when a dragon dies, they don't truly leave this world their spirit lives on and on forever. And spyro told cynder he knew exactly what he had to do, and cynder said he didn't have to do anything, lets just go.But them spyro said where cynder, there will be nothing left, i know what i have to do. I think i was meant to. than cynder says then im with you. Then everything goes crazy cause cynder tells spyro she loves him and spyro starts floating and turns bright white. Then it shows the earth going back together and then it shows everybody walking out of the cave and looking around. But I still don't get it. What happend to cynder? she was just standing there when spyro "probably" died. then after that it showed them flying around in the "valley of avalar" or at least people say its the valley of avalar. So like i said, nobody is for sure of what happened. Thanks for reading:) ^.^ I LOVE SPYRO AND CYNDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<3 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.132.34.76 (talk) 18:27, 18 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I'm assuming that you're hoping to clear up some confusion in the plot summary. As far as I know, no official source outside the game discusses Spyro's and Cynder's fate. I would assume that they are alive, since the Chronicler didn't record their deaths, but that's all I have. Any outside source to clear this up would be appreciated, because there seems to be some confusion/disagreement. Larrythefunkyferret (talk) 01:08, 19 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

spyro and cinder clear up[edit]

to answer your question, no spyro and cinder did not die as the chronicler clearly hints there is no record that spyro is dead, and most important the game clearly shows spyro and cinder alive flying over avalar at the end of the game — Preceding unsigned comment added by Michaelbethel567 (talkcontribs) 03:56, 9 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
