Mandarin[edit]

What is the Mandarin, a Chinese character? Badagnani (talk) 04:52, 8 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The summary says a "wealthy Chinese", which is wrong. Historically a Mandarin was a high-ranking government official in Imperial China, which no long existed in the 1920s. So it's not clear what they had in mind. 2601:C2:201:4612:CCFE:F12E:2D08:A207 (talk)

Refining section on scoring[edit]

This section needs refining, because it seems like a bit too much information, some of which is redundant. E.G. scales and arpeggios are standard techniques that aren't particularly worthy of mention next to something super rare like quarter-tones. DpMusicman (talk) 17:16, 7 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
