The links added were placed there as they allow the reader to view the current status of the participants on the show. They are run by the actual people from the show, not a faceless website. Wikipedia's guideline on external links normally rules out personal websites, see WP:ELNO. However, there is meant to be a common-sense override for such guidelines. In this case, these websites should be authoritative about the outcomes for the individuals who participated in the series, which is more relevant for this article than a typical reality TV show, so I agree that they should remain.
