Session musician vs. band member[edit]

should a session musician who does not appear in any promotional material nor the band's website be included in "current members" ?

Hey,

I admit to a bias (being the 'session musician' in question) but I believe I should. I refer you to the Wikipedia entry for Bon Jovi...Hugh Mcdonald is listed under 'members' even though, like myself with the Philosopher Kings, he does not appear in promo photos or on the band's website, and is referred to as an 'unofficial' member. So how come he gets to be a 'member' and I don't? Anyway I've had about enough of adding my name only to have it deleted...if somebody feels like putting me back up that would be great, otherwise I'll just have to find some way to live with the disappointment.  :)

After seeing the Philosopher Kings perform in Calgary this last Thursday I must confess that the "permanant" members seem to accept Marc Rogers as a member in peer status. I am prepared to make an executive decision on behalf of all fans, based on this observation and Marc's (supposed) testimony above, to add him to the list of members. Please do not revert this edit without first discussing your edit here.

Castles[edit]

The link to the album Castles goes to a Coldplay album. Does this album have it's own page? if so could someone properly link it? I'm going to remove the incorrect link now. Raistlin11325 16:05, 4 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
