Why does there need to be a reference/declaration of "propaganda" on every Chinese political movie?[edit]

You could add the same section on every single American movie involving the military or politics but we all know it would get removed by other editors. On Chinese political/military movies people go out of their way to analyze the "propaganda" aspects, though.
