Plot[edit]

I am not a very good writer, so if anyone who has read this book could please help me with the plot. Yuwen 23:47, 1 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism[edit]

There is a piece of vandalism at the end of the description for chapter 1.

Was chapter 4 ever there??

Where is the second chapter?[edit]

Angst[edit]

Angst is definitely a big theme in this story. As well as animal cruelty. But it was more of a young boy and his dreams and aspirations. —Preceding unsigned comment added by AtYourService100 (talkcontribs) 00:45, 6 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Short story vs. novel[edit]

Though the chapters were published separately in magazines, it wasn't until all four came together in one book that they became collectively known as "The Red Pony". So does it make more sense to classify these as short stories and inform the reader they came together to make the book, or classify it as a novel or novella and inform the reader they started as separate short stories? — Bility (talk) 23:03, 14 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Spurious and Frivolous Contents[edit]

I have deleted the section called "Reception." It was shallow and unscholarly. Commentary here should be limited to the novel, not what some politicians or rock star thinks of it. To put this kind of comment here is a gross violation of NPOV.
