Recent walkout of Native American actors[edit]

Is it too soon to put this under controversies?

plus Added Seems okay to me, it's probably the most interesting thing that's happened, and it seems to have got press coverage. Joseph2302 (talk) 23:56, 23 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

plus Added I find the controversy has it's place howevre it should be a part of production. As actors/extras walking off the set is a production issue. I am going to move it.--Cube b3 (talk) 22:30, 13 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Production company[edit]

"On October 26, 2012, Paramount Pictures had acquired the film, with production scheduled to begin in April 2013. Adam Sandler's Happy Madison Productions signed a four picture deal with Netflix on October 1, 2014. On October 7, 2014, Warner Bros. dropped the film."

This could be explained better - it mentions three different production companies being involved without any real explanation of which one was involved at which particular time. For instance it says that Paramount acquired the film, but doesn't mention them dropping it; but it also says Warner Bros. dropped the film without mentioning when they acquired it in the first place. Confusion[edit]

I am confused, is this movie simply a rip off of the upcoming hateful 8 because that is what it seems like to me, even though the article makes no reference to. Can somebody please clarify this for me? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 31.52.147.53 (talk) 12:11, 13 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

This is not the right forum to talk about that, but no. It's a reference to The Magnificent Seven. Damnedfan1234 (talk) 11:52, 29 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Plot[edit]

The plot summary is ridiculously long and overly detailed. Wikipedia:How to write a plot summary may be helpful. Jonathunder (talk) 15:52, 18 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The plot summary keeps growing, yet not a single source is cited. I propose we cut the whole section and start again, with sources. Jonathunder (talk) 02:05, 28 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Plot summaries for films do not require a source. The film itself is the source. Don't remove the entire plot summary before you rewrite it in your sandbox; then replace the current one with your revision. Sundayclose (talk) 02:35, 28 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Is Lenda Murray part of the cast ?[edit]

On the Lenda Murray article, it is mentioned that she acted in The Ridiculous 6, this being her only role in a motion picture. "In 2015, Murray appeared in Adam Sandler's The Ridiculous 6 where she played (Terry Crews's character) Chico's mother." This should be a relatively prominent role, as this Chico appears to be among the main characters (I haven't seen the movie). Yet she is not mentioned on this page, and even in the complete cast list for this movie on IMDb. So can someone confirm if she does indeed appear, or not ?
