Tone[edit]
The current tone of the article is far too informal for an encyclopedic entry. People are referred to by their given names rather than their surnames, and a story is told in a folksy rather than academic or factual tone.SlubGlub (talk) 06:04, 6 September 2008 (UTC)
Merger proposal[edit]
I propose that The Roots of Lightnin' Hopkins be merged into Lightnin' Hopkins. I think that the content in the The Roots of Lightnin' Hopkins article can easily be explained in the context of Lightnin' Hopkins, and the Lightnin' Hopkins article is of a reasonable size that the merging of The Roots of Lightnin' Hopkins will not cause any problems as far as article size is concerned.
