The missing Challenge to the Reader[edit]

In the Challenge to the Reader section of the next novel (The Chinese Orange Mystery), the author brings up the fact that Siamese Twin lacks a Challenge to the Reader and attributes it to forgetfulness. Chinese Orange was published in 1934, five years before WW2.
