Possible Copyvio[edit]

Some of the article text matches very closely with text from http://www.paulgallico.info/snowgoose.html ... compare the text on the site with our text about other works ... the last three bullet points of The_Snow_Goose#Allusions_and_references_to_real_things appear to match word for word. Not sure which direction the info flowed in so I invite other views, but the copyright on the external site is older. ++Lar: t/c 04:16, 4 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Television movie based on the book[edit]

There was a 1971 movie-made-for-television based on this book, as shown here http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0067767/ . There does not appear to be a Wikipedia article on that movie, but still, should the movie be mentioned here as an adapted work? I usually only make minor corrective edits; I don't feel competent to add an entire section, but I hope someone does. 71.86.122.57 (talk) 09:18, 11 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

What has happened to this?[edit]

This article is a mess; I don't even know how to fix it. The last two bullet points under Popular Culture are mangled. I'm tempted to revert to the last version where they were right, but that risks losing any helpful changes since then. Does anyone consider this page "their baby"? If so please fix it. If nothing good happens I may try to fix it myself, but I'm worried I'll make a bigger mess. After all, whoever got it in this state probably thought they were helping, too.
