"Alleged" war crimes?[edit]

Why are documented facts presented as "alleged" in the article? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 31.217.56.106 (talk) 20:49, 8 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Because to be war crimes you need additional reliable sources saying that they were, not an allegation in a single book. Has he been convicted or even tried at the Hague? Has the UN issued a statement? Is there a warrant for his arrest? It is controversial at best, and you can read about it briefly in his article. MartinezMD (talk) 01:10, 9 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
So the problem is in classifying his crimes as "war crimes". I agree. However, the fact that he hasn't been arrested, convicted or tried, although he knowingly supported other people's war crimes and now walks freely with no blood on his hands, doesn't make him innocent. 161.53.99.55 (talk) 11:40, 12 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
That's a matter of legal definition, no? And that's what brought up in the book, and why it's an allegation.MartinezMD (talk) 18:10, 12 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

What Did He Say, Barebones Summary[edit]

The summary is horrifically vague. It doesnt say what the book claims Kissinger did, only that Kissinger was involved in conspiracies and assassinations. 2600:1012:B122:F4B7:24:1F4E:B25C:C41E (talk) 09:55, 6 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
