Synopsis inaccuracy[edit]

This article's synopsis suggests that the TV show's depiction of Ness as an agent of the Treasury Department is inaccurate, and claims that at the time the Bureau of Prohibition was part of the Justice Department. This contradicts the articles Eliot Ness, Bureau of Prohibition, and The Untouchables (law enforcement), all of which state with supporting citations that the BoP was an independent entity of Treasury until 1931 (after the historical Untouchables disbanded) when it was absorbed by Justice. 12.233.146.130 (talk) 00:07, 10 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
