Name of the band[edit]

The Verlaines were named after poet Paul Verlaine - the same origin as Tom Verlaine's use of that name. This is NOT the same as saying that the Verlaines were named after Tom Verlaine, which is definitely not the case. I have this on good authority (the best, actually - conversation with Graeme Downes). I'm getting fed up with having to correct this item on the page - please do not keep spreading this myth!
