The name[edit]
In line with Wikipedia policy (no abbreviations), I suggest that the name be changed to the full name, i.e. Tiramakadulu Narasipura. The article would say that it is commonly referred to as T. Narasipura. The statement that T. Narasipura is the official name is backed up only by some references to this name on some government sites; an official using one form of a name does not make it formal and 'official'.
