After having worked on the article for the Thomas Jefferson Papers the Foundation asked if I would be willing to work on an article for the Foundation itself. While it is of course in charge of Monticello, the Foundation does more than this and routinely partners with other organizations for various things, including a series of awards.
I'm not getting paid for this at all and other than them asking me to do this, I don't really have a COI in this situation since I'm otherwise unaffiliated with the TJF. I just figured that since I was directly asked to do this, it'd be best to post a COI template and explanation on the talk page. Tokyogirl79LVA (talk) 14:44, 28 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I've been told that there wasn't a COI here and that the Foundation passes WP:GNG (thanks Mojo Hand for looking over everything!), but I did want to make sure that everything was kosher. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 14:16, 18 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
