Move discussion feedback[edit]

I am soliciting feedback on Talk:Thomas Keightley (historian) regarding my proposed Move to rename Thomas Keightley (historian) as Thomas Keightley. Thomas Keightley (historian) actually refers to the author of Fairy Mythology and other titles, though he had written historical outlines and texts in the past as well.
I feel the renaming warranted since the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC are easily met, that is to say, according to search engines, most of the scholarly interest and activity on "Thomas Keightley" keyword gravitate on the historian/folklorist overwhelmingly, compared to the politician/official of the same name.
If you disagree, and can argue that the Thomas Keightley (official) has equal enduring interest, please provide counter-argument at the Talk page indicated. Please give some semblance of an argument (either by conducting your own search engine probe, or basing on prior knowledge), but please do not just give your gut vote, as per WP:VOTE. --Kiyoweap (talk) 00:32, 9 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The issue seems irrelevant as there is already a disambiguation page named Thomas Keightley.Plucas58 (talk) 16:39, 9 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
