I would oppose the deletion rationale. The type of game is well known: [1] it is called the "standard animal game" foe which "every family had different rules". I have also found it is called "cat in the window" in a couple of places. It seems clear enough that the game is widespread under local rules and various names. It is the same as a "how to" because all it does is give a brief description and a "how to." The source you brought up here is a blog, and the article gives no semblance of notability due to appearances in popular culture or anything.
