"Background" section too long[edit]

§ Background is well-written, informative, and well-sourced, but longer than the rest of the article put together. I hate to simply delete such wonderful work, but is there somewhere it can be relocated to and replaced with a much shorter summary and a {{main}} link? 71.41.210.146 (talk) 18:35, 8 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
