Questions[edit]

I believe it was the USSR that invaded (or rather threatened to invade) Rumania in 1940. I'm not certain so I didn't edit the article on this point.

I also believe that Japan didn't declare war on the US, but the reverse. I'm not certain so I didn't edit the article on this point.
