Alert Level table[edit]

The switch to traffic-lights has been announced for (probably) early Dec, so the alert level table will no-longer be suitable given the change from administrative regions to DHBs.

Any thoughts on this. Feels like a new section, and group the DHBs by Island, and list North to South, so that the three Auckland DHBs are kept together:
