2011 comments[edit]

The article says, "The title-transfer theory of contract is a libertarian theory of contract enforcement, developed by Murray N. Rothbard, first stated in chapter 19 of The Ethics of Liberty."

This is wrong. Rothbard first discussed it in his magnum opus, Man, Economy, and State, decades earlier. Evers wrote about it later. Still later, Rothbard wrote The Ethics of Liberty.
