On notability[edit]

There's a question of notability, but the problem is more with lack of information, than with notability, as such. The information needed is not freely online, but likely buried in non-free sources such as Kirkus Reviews. Robert Hoskins has a 1/3rd of a page in the Hugo award-winning "Encyclopedia of Science Fiction", and this series of three books is most of Hoskins' original work.
