Major municipalities[edit]

Question: How should we best portray the "major" municipalities in electoral districts? I was using what Elections Canada had listed as "major" municipalities, but it would appear that may not be adequate (I recall a comment about 'little-used parishes'). I think what EC did is look at the StatsCan census results and use the largest census subdivisions in the riding as the basis for that list - but in New Brunswick, parishes (which are used as CSDs in rural areas) aren't municipalities on their own, and are rarely used or referred to by the public. I'd suggest just leaving the parishes out and placing the most populated cities, towns and villages in the riding in the infobox. Kirjtc2 17:52, 16 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
As I am not omnipotent, I will just put what EC has (census subdivisions), unless I know better (e.g., ridings in my own area) and wait for others (like you!) to change it to be more relevant. FUNgus guy 17:13, 17 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Wrong Map[edit]

The map listed is the South West New Brunswick map, but the riding itself is West Central. I would change it myself, but I don't know if the proper png is available, and am unfamiliar enough with Wiki to find it, so I'm pointing it out and hoping someone else with better skills than I can fix it.
