The W in Toby's surname appears as a W in the phonetic spelling of his name, yet if you click on it, and go to the page "Help:IPA for Dutch", no W is there!

Instead, possibly, there is this "ʋ --- between wine and vine".

Can anyone help who knows how he would pronounce his name, by correcting it to a ʋ if that's what it should be, or a V if it should be that. It really shouldn't have had a W unless Flemish (but not Dutch) has a W that is neither a ʋ nor a V and there isn't a "Help:IPA for Flemish", but "Help:IPA for Dutch" is the nearest there is.
