Is the subject notable? Other than relatively minor listings of his resume on business websites, his only real appearance in referenceable sources is a minor mention in the article about corruption in Texas, "Lifestyles of the Corrupt and Elected" in the Texas Observer, an alternative press news source (http://www.texasobserver.org/lifestyles-of-the-corrupt-and-elected/ ).
