Article is a mess[edit]

This article needs to be drastically Wikified. It appears to be a large article because there is substantial redundancy between its "summary" section (if you can call it that) and the sectional portions of the article. Reorganized[edit]

I have trimmed, reorganized, and merged many sentences and paragraphs because they are repetitive and confusing. Hoping that the page could be more readable.
