Map[edit]

I made a version of the map that actually shows the location of the tomb, but I don't know how to get it into the info box. It is

this.

Source I didn't get yet[edit]

I have ordered the following, but the interlibrary system barely moves at this time of year: L. V. Rutgers, ed. (2002). "The 'Caves of Simeon the Just' and 'The Minor Sanhedrin'. Two Burial Complexes from the Second Temple Period in Jerusalem". What Athens Has to Do with Jerusalem. Essays on Classical, Jewish, and Early Christian Art and Archaeology in Honor of Gideon Foerster. Leuven pages = 125–149. {{cite book}}: Cite uses deprecated parameter |authors= (help); Missing pipe in: |publisher= (help) When it arrives, I'll add it. Ooops?[edit]

It seems that two people about 200 years apart were called "Simeon the Just" and "Simeon the Righteous". This makes understanding of sources more tricky and I might have gotten one point wrong. I'll work on this and edit as appropriate. Zerotalk 13:39, 26 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

After reading more, I believe that the Kidron Valley tombs sometimes referred to as tombs of "SImon the Just" and "Simon the Righteous" are actually those of Simeon (Gospel of Luke). So they are now gone from this article. Zerotalk 08:53, 30 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
