"Carotone" has nothing to do with "big face" etc.![edit]
I speak Spanisch + I know Tonino personally. It's not correct at all what you write about the meaning of his name:
On one side linguistically it's not true. There doesn't exist nothing like "carotone" (or: carotón how it could/would mus be in spanish..)
On the other side it's his CLEAR REMINISCENCE to his big heroe Renato Carosone! ONLY THAT'S WHY this name!!
