I have changed "grade separated" → "grade-separated" (x2), but could you clarify where an extra hyphen would go in "This traffic light controlled at-grade intersection"? ... The phrase "traffic light controlled" (no hyphens) is used in over 3600 Australian government webpages (*.gov.au) [1] - Evad37 (talk) 11:17, 5 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I've had a look, and I haven't found any I would consider major enough to warrant inclusion in the article - mostly single or no fatalities, mostly involving 1–2 vehicles (and most reports available online were in the past few years - Evad37 (talk) 11:17, 5 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
