The website linked by this article does not link to anything related to the seemingly defunked TORONTO DOLLARS PROGRAM

CANT SOMEONE PLEASE CONFIRM THE CONTINUOUS EXISTENCE OF THIS PROGRAM AND OR UPDATE ACCORDINGLY!
