Relevance justification[edit]

I'm one of the engineers on the TransPAC2 project. I can certainly add more information about the network, but this article was created to be similar to the long-standing articles on the similarly noteworthy Internet2 Abilene Network and National LambdaRail. The TransPAC2 project is notable for creating a high-speed research interconnect between Asia and North America and has helped spawn the development of countless developments in the R&E space. I'm not the direct author of this document, though I made a few edits after it was posted. OK, but Wikipedia policy is that you do not prove notability by assertion, but by presenting evidence that some other independent source and noticed the subject of the article. After six years, this still needs to be done. W Nowicki (talk) 22:06, 17 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
