Need elaboration on the following, can the writer or anybody help?[edit]
"Four of Indonesia's main highways are classified as parts of Asian Highway Network: AH2 section in Java and Bali, AH25 and AH151 in Sumatra, AH152 in Java and AH150 section in Kalimantan. Some of them has been numbered, currently only in Java and (partially) Sumatera." I'm now translating this article into traditional Chinese, I don't think I understand the espression cited here. Also, can we have elaboration and citations to clarify the wordings of "A national route can be revised if it serves unable to handle the traffic.
