Rationale[edit]

I changed this to direct to Ent since it redirected to a subsection in a list of D&D releases. Treants or some variation thereof have been used in other sources (World of Warcraft being the most direct example I can think of off the top of my head), and if any specific discussion of their influence is to take place, their own predecessor seems like the most logical location. Are you sure the WoW version of the tree-people is called "treant", or is that a WotC copywritten term? If only D&D has used that term, then this should be reverted to point to the D&D page. BOZ (talk) 05:05, 12 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The first Google result for the term treant is actually the WoWWiki page. Paliku (talk) 21:01, 23 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

As there appears to be some confusion, let me clarify: I'm not asserting this has a closer relation to Warcraft than D&D. I'm redirecting it to a page where some discussion about treants can take place. If there is a more appropriate place than Ent, its predecessor, please suggest one. Camouflage[edit]

Treants look similar to the "Ghille suits" worn by modern sharpshooter snipers. Fjgdh5 (talk) 19:44, 19 February 2019 (UTC)\Fjgdh5 (talk) 19:44, 19 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
