Change of perspective[edit]

I think it makes more sense if this article is written from the perspective of the parent company, not the 2012 San Franciscan startup. For example, the sentence: "after the acquisition, Hagai Tal was appointed as Taptica's CEO" makes no sense - Taptica was purchased by Marimedia (which later changed its name to Taptica), and Hagai Tal remained CEO throughout.
