Untitled[edit]

I was never much of an X-files fan, but I seem to recall that this was the first (only?) episode that was letterboxed and not fullscreen. Anyone know for sure? -- Myke Cuthbert (talk) 07:34, 5 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Why the heck is this in the main article?[edit]

"The show centers on FBI special agents Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) and Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson), who work on cases linked to the paranormal, called X-Files. Mulder is a believer in the paranormal, and the skeptical Scully has been assigned to debunk his work. I think it's just in case someone who is not familiar with the series can instantly know their "relationship" without having to click on one of the blue words, although "show" should be changed to "series". — ^Wylie_Coyote 01:35, 17 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, looks very good. Just a few comments:

In the caption for the main image, specify who the "familar faces" are, as they won't be familar to non-viewers.
"...September 3, 1939-the outbreak..." en-dash needed.
Hyphen in "nearly-drowned"?
Plot section: link Lone Gunmen, Walter Skinner, Dana Scully, and Alvin Kersh; first appearance in the article
Give the actors' names after their character in parentheses.
"Trevor Goodard, who portrayed the First British Crewman was Australian..." Comma before "was".
"The tagline for the episode..." Perhaps "The tagline at the end of the opening credits of the episode..."
"thought out": Hyphen between
"This is the best example - a breathlessly-paced..." en-dash needed.
Clarify that you are referring to the 1939 film of The Wizard of Oz; I originally thought you were talking about the book series in general and wondered how it could have a lyricist.
Reliability of this? It appears to be a fansite.
