Overall: Article meets eligibility criteria. i.e newness and article length. Article is well sourced and is neutral in tone. Hook is interesting and is cited. Copyvio scores ~20% in major part due to a quote that has been attributed rightly. However, the nominator might want to consider removing the quote and rewriting the sentence because the original Nepal Times article does not have it as a quote and is likely a paraphrasing done by the newspaper to begin with. Hence, we should not include it as a quote. In addition, I would encourage the nominator to consider expanding the article - to be clear, the article is good to go as-is. But looking at Hanuman Dhoka for instance there is an opportunity to build this article more than just a "History" section. Handing it back to the nominator. Some work and this is ready for homepage.
