Draft publication[edit]

@HurricaneParrot: I moved your draft to the mainspace since it had enough content for publication. I moved it to the title TD Greg 1996 for the time being per the assessment from the JMA of TD on the season article. I am unsure if that is accurate or not. If the JMA had it as a TS or didn't monitor it at all, please let me know (show source if it is a TS) and I will move the page to the appropriate title and recreate the redirect at the current title. Naming[edit]

This storm is mentioned as two different names. One names it as a tropical storm since the Joint Typhoon Warning Center (i think) said its 1-minute maximum sustained winds were 50 mph while the other says it's a tropical depression because the Japan Meteorological Agency (i also think) said its 10-minute maximum sustained winds were 45 knots.
