  • Since the only damage total lists both currencies, you should adjust the note
  • "A subtropical ridge to the north steered Gilas westward for much of its initial stages" - disagree with using the PAGASA name here, since JMA is the official agency and they kept it as a TD
  • "persistent albeit moderate wind shear" - why the albeit?
  • You should use PAGASA's report, as far as damage and deaths

  • "heavy rainfall fell" - doesn't sound right
  • " Another person was killed in Tam Diep after they were hit by a prostrated tree" - was it male or female? If you don't know, find a way to avoid saying "they"
  • "with an additional 18 persons injured" - that math doesn't add up considering the preceding sentences
