Forgeries?[edit]

The forgeries section seems a bit odd, and not even very accurate; for one thing, for the items to be forgeries, they would have to intend to duplicate an original in all respects (even if unsuccessful at it), and have been passed off as something that they weren’t; however as the “True-View” was not being sold to buyers as being a “Tru-Vue”, and there is no support for it being an attempt to fool the buyer, the general term for something like that would be a knock-off. But more importantly, the link doesn’t support the contention that there was even any illegality taking place, as it clearly offers the possibility that there might have been a license granted to produce it - but nobody knows. So suggesting the True-View was a forgery seems contentious at best. Jock123 (talk) 13:51, 11 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
