Why use T1 for one of Tse Chi Lop names when It's what the police use?[edit]
It makes the information very difficult to understand when you cross-contaminate names. If the Police have a name they use, then make it clear it is a name from the Police. If the subject has he's own names, then make it clear what he's names are.
