Made grammatical edits of first paragraph[edit]

I made some grammatical edits of the first paragraph of this article. I removed this line "when they came from Ikkeri later in the Haleri kingdom" as it simply made no syntactical sense; however, rewording may clarify the issue. --MondayMadness (talk) 18:38, 22 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed merge with Kodagu Gowda[edit]

Unsure which is the common name but these two articles appear to refer to the same people in the same place Sitush (talk) 12:20, 10 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Merging Kodagu Gowda with Tulu Gowda as it refers to the same caste group.Linguisticgeek (talk)

Bari Paddathi[edit]

Hello Sitush, It's important part in the caste system which differentiates an usual exogamous character. Which is mentioned in Castes and Tribes of Southern India - Gauda and Manual of the South Canara district. Please revert the same. --BHARATHESHA ALASANDEMAJALU (talk) 16:23, 24 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
