another meaning[edit]

I've always known this to mean a tuft of toilet paper that is peeking out of the ground in a heavily used recreation area. This occurs after someone who doesn't know any better takes a **** and fails to bury it properly, or in arid places where the paper doesn't fully decompose. Its the reason permit regulated backcountry areas frequently required visitors to do their business in a wag bag (pack it out). 24.117.137.215 (talk) 18:18, 7 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
