maximum gradient probably should say 3%, not 30%[edit]

Per FS Italiane group's webpage about this tunnel: https://www.fsitaliane.it/content/fsitaliane/en/strategic-projects/turin-lyon-base-tunnel.html the maximum gradient is 3%. In the article currently, it says 30%. Which simply isn't possible for a train without it being a cog rail. For comparison, the original Kicking Horse Pass train line in Canada was 4.5% and was the cause of such accidents that two large curving tunnels were built to reduce the gradiente to 2.2%: https://canadaehx.com/2021/07/29/the-kicking-horse-pass/ Libove (talk) 06:30, 19 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

It did say "30‰", which means 3%. Note the three "0"s. Still I have clarified it for people who don't understand per mille.--Grahame (talk) 07:10, 19 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Wow. I still learn something new every day. I'd never seen this "per mille" notation before. The Wikipedia article for per_mille suggests that this notation is quite uncommon in English; is used in certain European countries. So, it's obviously "correct"; I think that the change to percent will make the content clearer to a wider swatch of readers. Cheers! Libove (talk) 09:01, 19 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
