I searched the existing citation (Clark, Mike. "2011 Sun-Times Football Player of the Year: Joliet Catholic’s Ty Isaac". Joliet Catholic Academy. Retrieved 2015-09-23.) and found 2014 stories referring to his as the reigning (2013) PoTY:break-it-down-week-6 and a-look-at-the-preseason-super-25 There are more google matches via site:suntimeshighschoolsports.com ty isaac "player of the year" UW Dawgs (talk) 00:12, 24 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
UW Dawgs, Thanks for the help. Don't you find it curious that we do not seem to be able to find the feature article for the PotY selection. There is always a feature article about a player who wins such an award.--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 04:08, 24 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
It seems that this (the citation that you mentioned before) is a copy of a November 25, 2011 Sun-Times article by Clark.--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 02:35, 25 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
